Bumper options...need help!

Default Bumper options...need help!

So I have 2007 XLT...It is black, but has the chrome bumpers. I really like the looks of the F150 with the paint-matched bumpers (front and rear), like on this FX4



What're my options? Should I have a body shop paint them? I'd think OEM bumpers are very expensive. Would they fit?

option 1 - paint your existing bumper

option 2 - there is a place i found online where you can get the oem bumper you want and it is ready to be painted. It was 256 bucks..

try LMC truck online. I have a catalog from them. It is strictly for the F-150 with all the replacement OEM stuff you could want for less than the factory.

What a nice fx4 in that picture....oh wait that is the exact truck i have lol. I like the bumbers the same color as the rest of the truck, especially if it is black. Im sure they can be painted for not too much money.

Painting Chrome would involve more work than I believe you would actually want to pay for.

Plus you will be able to sell your stock bumpers and recoup some of the cost of the new ones. They do look good color matched!

i also have a 2007 xlt and its black with chrome bumpers. i want to change mine to color matched too. let me know if you find any good deals or if you decide to paint it let me know the work involved and prices.
