Bumper Builds?

has anyone built a custom bumper for their 04-08? I need a project for welding class and need some ideas...

Sounds like a good idea and with the right cutting tools you could make something real cool. Maybe some channel iron would be a good place to start? Depending on your preferences.

Well we don't have good tools in the shop so I'm.building a hitch mount grill. Is rather spend a little more n get something with a warranty
