I have an OEM reflector on my F150. I would love to get an AVS Aeroskin instead. It's on the list.

I used to live in Florida. Love bugs were a very real concern. On my old cars I had them on every one of them when I bought them. It did nothing to deter the love bugs.

 

I want a red one.....eh, not really. Looks good on darker colors, but as mentioned, they dont "deflect" at all.

 

I think you need a CHROME one!!!

 

Have one in my garage, put it on for a bit and didn't notice any real "deflection" so I hit the fountain of youth and took it off

 

 

When the bugs are real bad, I can tell right where it "deflects." It's the bottom third of the windshield. Pretty useless. So yes, it really doesn't do squat for making bugs change their course, and fly around your truck.
I am part of the few who like the look of it. To me, it gives my truck a little taller look. So to the rest of the geezers like me, keep on keepin' on.

That's the truth! Some people on here get totally offended if you mention you don't like something. In reality I like certain things and don't like certain things. That's my choice, as it is your choice to do the same. Doesn't mean we cant get along and agree to disagree.

 

screw you guys! I loooooooove my bug deflector. It makes all the love bugs and bees stay at least a mile away from my windshield. It also keeps Donald Trump from passing unconstitutional executive orders! If y'all don't like bug deflectors, y'all must like them commies. Ferd!!! Muricuh!!! Muh TRUUUUUCCCKKKKKK!!!! WOOOO!
