My life sucks all 8 spark plugs broke

I'll assume you read all the posts/sticky at the top of this forum about this. I'll also assume you had the tool at hand to prepar for this. I'll assume you did prep work to perhaps prevent some of the breakage (PB Blaster soaking, etc.).

Any of these correct?

The shop did all the steps for prep and they all still broke

You arent supposed to use a impact gun...at our shop we use a ratchet to barely turn and we soak overnight then slowly keep trying.

the vibrations from the impact gun in theory help to break them loose and slowly back them out
