I have a 2008 F150 with the factory installed towing package which already had the 7 prong plug. I need to install the prodigy brake controller I have. Do these trucks come pre wired as the Chevy's do? If so is there any adapters or fuses needed. On the chevy you put the fuse in and its plug and play? Any heads up would be great or diagrams how to wire them would be helpful.

My 05 came prewired and the harness was in the glove box. Wired it to the brake controller the just plugged it in. Check your glove box. And just stick your head under the drivers dash and see if there is a plug hanging there.
