bought 07 needs work help

about 14 hours . but i took my time over a couple of days probably could do it in 8-9 now that i have done 1

I have one more question i have heard people say they can change both vct solenoids in 30 minutes . couldnt figure out how . when i did the work on my truck i ordered new vct gaskets i see the are offset and now it makes sense . but 1 problem mine are perfectly round and a lttle smaller so what is the deal how come mine are different 2007 f-150 5.4l flex fuel. i have to remove all the valve cover bolts and raise the cover to gain access

Ford changed the design starting with the 2007 models.
