where is a good place to buy an exhaust tip that doesn't break the bank like RBP? I want something more permanent than the plastidip I have on there and I don't care if it's glossy or matte. thanks

 

I've heard some people use black brake caliper paint and it holds up well. Not sure if that's what you're looking for but it's an idea.

 

yeah thanks, I'm looking for one that's not too expensive, but after a half hour of searching it looks like I'll end up painting it after the plastidip falls off

 

This is my MagnaFlow tip, but it could be any chrome tip. I painted it with Rust-Oleum High Heat Flat Black. This is 4 coats and took about an hour in total.

I used VHT High temp header paint on the entirety of my new exhaust and its working well, just be sure to prep it really well. I have MBRP Chrome tips that come with my cat-back kit, but they might sell some black ones separately, just another suggestion.

 

I've used gun coating, you can see pics in my build thread. The full cat back was coated.
