Default Bilstein 5100's

Put the 5100's on all 4 corners. Have the front set at the highest position. Measured both sides and seems the passenger side is a hair higher than the driver side. Should I be concerned with this? Truck drifts to the left but did that before the install. Other than that rides fine.

Just asking...are you sure they are both set the same? They shouldn't be higher/lower on one side.

Yes they are both on the highest setting. It is not noticeable I just measured to see if it stayed about the same as it was with the ready lift level kit.

Are you certain the little collar on the shock was over the ring properly and the spring seat was in place? You might measure the distance from the bottom of the shock to the spring seat.

I have to agree, either the shock seats are not on the same setting or you have a bigger problem. Maybe be I should ask how far off is the front drivers side from front passenger side? Where are you measuring to/from?

You mentioned the truck drifted to the left even before the installation (could be alignment, hard to say), did you measure before you did the install (probably not?)? Wondering if your geometry is all out (needing an alignment)? If the camber or caster is out it could set it off? Only guessing here.
