I went with bilstein from shock warehouse. I love these shocks/struts. They provide a very controlled ride without being harsh. They are firm, yet don't beat you up. Best shock I have ever bought. I had them on my last 2 trucks.

I kept everything stock on mine as well!

My brother has them all the way around his truck. There is a very noticeable ride
difference for the better!!

Bilsteins are nice, but expensive. I replaced my front struts with Monroe a few months back and love them. Plus most Monroe products come with a lifetime warranty and 90 day return period if you don't like the ride.

My truck is 10 years old so I don't mind paying for good products but I want to retain the stock height and don't want to make adjustments.

Just put new Rancho adjustable rides on mine. I did the quicklifts on the front though, and I did the XL9000's on the rear. It's nice to be able to adjust the ride, I really like that feature. Have them set at 5 (out of 10) on the fronts and 8 on the rears right now. Handles nice and tight but still decent ride.
