If you want the best ... The retrofit source has the best aftermarket I have used and I have seen a lot of different kinds. They are about as close to "factory quality" or oem quality you can get. There are cheaper kits out there But you get what you pay for.

I plan on going with ddm tuning but I can't get the stupid headlights to disable when unlocking my truck at night( yes I tried the key trick on like 10 different occasions). Ddm tuning has a lifetime warranty and are very reasonably priced.

Just curious, why do you want to turn off the headlights when you unlock the truck? I don't have hids yet, they will be here tmw and will it screw something up?

Because if you unlock (hid's come on) then you get in and go to start the truck (hid turn off) ..truck starts (hid back on) .. Cycles the hid's without proper warm up / cool down... But I believe I read somewhere there is a way to turn off perimeter lighting in the older trucks (I have a 2012) .. We don't have perimeter lighting on unlock

Theretrofitsource, TRS. They are the best and most helpful, don't use crappy PNP DDM. TRS is the most helpful and give you a complete kit and answer all your questions. you want to do a retrofit, if you want to do it right and not blind people.
