Default Bad tires?

Had the shakes and steering wheel vibration at 55-60 had them road forced balanced now shakes and steering wheel vibrates at 70-80 sometimes lower comes and goes but frequent. Road force listed tires at 3lbs, 22lbs, 33lbs, and 44lbs. Is it bad tires? Thanks guys would love to get some info they are cheap continentals

How many miles do you have on them? Sounds like a bad tire to me... Either out of round or a separating belt.

Bent rim is also a possibility but shaking will typically be more consistent.

You can easily have a bad tire. Did they let you watch them spin on the road force machine to see if one or more are out of round?

Everything in the front end tight and in good shape?
