It's completely unbelievable that it takes this much b.s to change a stupid spark plug
Cal-van makes a tool that will tap normal threads into the piece, like a real tap and die set. Just so happens, I have an unused one I would be willing to sell for $50, shipped

largecar91 After you changed your plugs you still have the bucking problem????? That is the whole purpose of me having the plugs changed. My truck bucks when I am at speeds of 45 - 50 mph and accelerated with the truck in overdrive. If I punch it; the truck accelerates like normal but it downshifts. Sure hope my truck runs good after this complete breakdown. The postive side of it I get new head gaskets, valve cover gaskets, time chain cover gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets, and intake gaskets out the deal. Oh and new spark plugs which started this whole nightmare. If my truck still bucks after this I am gonna FREAK!!!!!!! Then change all my COP's What's odd is I couldn't get my truck to throw a CEL for nothing. Plugged it up to the computer and it tells me everything is normal. Think this might be my last ford I ever own; Toyota Mabye my next truck............ With a ford trade in

Well finally got the last broke plug out of my truck! We ended up using the compression of the engine to pop it out. We disconnected the injector for that cylinder and started the truck and after some soaking and a few mins of running it came on out!
