Default Awful idle and stalling engine

So at this point I'm nearing the point of giving up on this engine.
Last week the truck wouldn't get above 40 due to a misfire caused by a bad coil and spark plug.
I had all coil's & Plugs replaced. I found out the belts were bad and the water pump and one additional pulley. I flushed the engine of all fluids replaced the thermostat and dropped the oil pan and cleaned that out too.
The engine after this ran like a dream. Brand new no issues.
Today I'm coming back from work at a stop light and I get an idle so bad the engine flutters between 300-700 Rpm and shakes the entire vehicle.
Tomorrow I will get the codes read but I wanted to start the discussion because at this point if its something ridiculous price wise I am going to ditch the truck.
An additional note I had a full timing replacement done last year
Idles fine in park, able to rev in neutral with normal sounds. once rpm attempts to idle the trouble begins again.
I apologize if this has been posted before but I've done so much at this point I don't know what to fix

Any idea when and if the timing components were replaced? I'm not an expert, but sounds like maybe the timing is out of whack and your truck is trying to compensate but can't...

Check the front cover of your engine on each side just to make sure the camshaft position sensor did not come disconnected. Double check the COPs and wires plugged to it just to make sure.
Easy stuff first.
