That was my thinking as well. I did have a blown fuse in the f36 spot

So after you changed fuse did problem go away?

Just checked mine and its not blown. Checked owners manual and nothing. Tryed switch from my dads truck and did nothing to change.

Mine is the box behind the back seat. The heads work for about 20 min then cut off. If you look at the connector, I bet it's burned from arcing. The told me I needed a new module. Auto lights were not worth that price.

BCM behind the back seat! Sometimes the wire for the Auto lights over heats and melts the soder and the wire comes loose. In my case the actual plug burned and lost connection. I drilled a small hole in the BCM cover and soddered a wire to the Auto lights pin then ran that wire past the bad plug and spliced it in. Lights work fine now just always wondered what causes that plug to get so hot

Its all the juice the heads need. Its traveling a long way, front to back and then to the front. The wire is too thin to carry the load and the connector is the weak link.

Does cab configuration change anything? Iv never had back seat off and heard not the funnest task to do. I have super cab so same place behind seat?

Default Similar issues but my switch is manual

I will start this off right I smelled what seemed like electrical and my AC stopped working now the column will not shift out of gear when my lights are on but also when my lights are on my turn signals won't work not to mention when the lights are off the turn signals work just fine and the column shifts just fine does anyone have an idea about this
