Default ASAP - Problem with PTM mirrors

I was ptm my mirror caps last night and they dried like this, how do i fix this and what went wrong, i sanded, washed, primed, sanded and painted

How many coats of paint did you do? I know when I prime stuff then paint with anything other the black white or silver I have to use quite a few coats to get the colour to overpower the primer.

I did about 4-5 coats on each mirror, idk if the primer didn't dry right initially or if its something like that, but i used about a whole can of duplicolor paint on them and this is how they turned out

What kind of primer did you use? Looks like a bad reaction between the primer and paint.

they sell some kind of paint adhesive at the stores. its good for plastic pieces. makes paint stick on without it sliding off.

DuPont and pro form both make it. Made mine stick very well i used the dupont adhesion promoter
