I live in WI too, go with the tubulars, they let snow salt build up fall off and its easier to get them clean. Boards have hidden areas in the back that hold the salt up there and rust them and your truck faster.

alright, I know the pics suck...but it's dark and I read your post and went outside to take some pics. I put 3M accents on yesterday and am on the fence. They look awesome from a distance but kind of cheap when really up close. I got my kit for '07 Screw for $38 shipped on Ebay. The gas cap cover was seperate (about $18 on Ebay). Oh yeah, definately would go with tubular! Good Luck

They do look nice on that color...I wasn't sure about the full chrome 3M's on silver, that's why I was thinking of just doing the door handle.
Where exactly did you get the fuel door, I'd like to do that.

And will probaby be going tubular, like the look of them much better than the standard running boards.
