my truck just developed an issue over the last few days. Upon coasting on the freeway or speeds down to 25 mph the truck is bogging down as if it's breaking. I've ruled out breaks by placing in neutral and problem goes away. It's as if it's down shifting while coasting. Never did this before another strange development at same time is what appears to be alternator whinning. Put multi meter on batt and have 14v at idle. No discharge of battery yet. I suspect it's going. My question is could they be related? Thanks
