Antenna loose

Default Antenna loose
Noticed wobbly antenna. Appears it is screwed to fender, but there is a plastic cover covering screws. What is best way to tighten?

Just pop the cover off. Mine did the same thing. I wrapped a small screwdriver with a towel to protect the paint.
