Default Another TPMS Question

I have 04 Lariat that does not have the sensors on the wheels. If I buy the sensors what wires do I look for, will it work? I found a good deal on 4 sensors for $40.00 so I figured that it would be worth putting them..ANY help?! Thanks-

Dunno about the unit that mounts under the dash and where it hooks up to, but you also have to buy the straps to mount them in the rim. Also, from what I was told, you have to go somewhere to get it programmed.

Yea... You may want to forget about the sensors. As you would need all kinds of parts... Those $40 dollar sensors sound great, but you could be out $1000 in parts trying to make them work(or more plus any labor)... I'm sure there are a/m systems that you would be better off spending money on... You would need the correct instrument cluster, TPSM module, wiring, tire straps for sensors,ect...

Thanks for the help..I figured it would be more of a hassle than anything else. I just wasnt sure if it was already wired for it like some other options on these truck. I think i'll let these go then and do something else. Thanks-

it was never an option, it was standard equipment starting in 2007.
