Just frustrating given the timing for the issue to pop up. i only recently got it back up and running with new struts, windshield and brakes so it was road worthy, just to have this happen to me the first time i take it out lol.

Definitely sounds like its a misfire to me. Hopefully it doesnt get too expensive for the repair.

Default During most remans the old injectors are used

To save the big hit most forgo replacing boots and injectors ,understandable but flawed . Using rebuilt injectors is another bad Idea ,cheaper but these things can do a lot of damage . Went you think about the duty cycle and possible leaking it can ruin the whole job .
This is a classic misfire symptom but I thought it best to revisit the Idea "its all new" thought . After the initial hit and some miles these things should be replaced with quality parts . .

I totally agree. I only use Motorcraft parts when it comes time to replace things.
