Default Amsoil

A guy a work with can get amsoil at discounted price. Has or is anyone running this along with an amsoil filter? I plan on going to a 5w30 also.

Lots and lots (and lots) of oil and oil filter posts on this form. If you search on "amsoil", you'll get plenty of reading material to make a decision on.

Bottom line: if it meets or exceeds the manufacturers requirements, then it's good. Amsoil is good oil.

Amsoil makes high quality products, you shouldn't have any problem running their 5w-30 oil along with their filter.

Y wouldn't you just run the amsoil filter if you get it for a discount?

Cuz those filters are still like half the price of an amsoil.
