Default AFE High Performace Intake

Moss Motors has an Afe intake on sale for $147 from $369. Does anyone have this in their 5.4 F150? It seems like a great deal and I need a new intake. If you have 1 please let me know if you like it.

Don't waste your time. They don't do anything but make noise on our trucks.

The throttle body spacers are a waste of time.....but he just said throttle body, I would think a larger aftermarket throttle body could make some more power with a tune. It wouldnt be cheap though...

Is anyone rich in here???

I ask because on my superchips forum there was a big fuss about CAI (Cold air Intakes) for the F150

So him and a buddy went and tested like 4 brands. After all was said and done, the K&N was what they felt worked best with the F150.

Basically why im asking if anyone is rich is...Buy a throttle body space...Dyno the truck stock....Install TBS, Dyno again...And see if there are any improvements....I also think the TBS is snake oil but it would be nice to see it shown on paper!

i have a AFE intake on my 08 5.4 it seems to work good no problems yet. it seems to give it more throttle response not to sure how it compares to the K&N or other bigger brand names i had to oversize some of the holes to get them to line up on install but a friend of mine has the same one ad it fit on his truck perfect
