Default Adding Body Lift, Any pointers....

I bought a body lift to add to the 8" suspension lift. Anyone done one of these yet, I have on a few other trucks but have heard that the F150's are a little difficult? Planning on installing next friday, any tips????

What do you mean, it shows them being beaten out with a hammer and a long socket, are they that difficult to get out....This kit can't be much worse than the suspension lift was, I did that myself in the driveway...
