accel coils

Default accel coils

Was looking at running the accel coils on my 06 fx4 5.4. Just wondering if anyone is running them? Thanks guys.

Yes, yes, and yes! I can't yell it loud enough for everyone to hear apparently. I bought mine from amazon for $245 and they look good and work even better. I can't recommend them enough.
Just make sure the last # ends in a 3 for 3 valve motor. These seem to be right in middle, price wise, but perform like a more expensive coil.
Accel didn't get to where they are by building junk. Good luck in your choice.

Success all eight plugs and coils missfire is gone. No plugs broke and accel coils are working awesome. Thank you to everyone at this site for all the info and great write ups couldn't have done it without you guys

All kinds smoother idle, easier starting, and more power on top end. Haven't ran it enough to tell gas mileage but I think I will see an improvement because it seems to go with less throttle if that makes sense. Loved my truck before but its a different animal now!
