My factory tow pkg also included the following items: HD shocks/springs, heavy duty battery (more amps), 3.73 LS diff and had an auxillary wiring adapter to mount under the dash for the electric brake controller. I mounted my controller down by my right knee-works good.

This is a bad idea for state sponsorship. Period..

However, it's a good idea if you would like to start a business by offering an elective training course and adopt your own reputation based accreditation. You can help mitigate the problem by creating awareness and offering a solution while doing what Americans used to do best. They used to use the free market to create solutions, make profits, and in some cases make a very successful business.

Always remember this: A law is just a way to DEAL with a problem that nobody has solved.....yet.
Shoot,,,, I would be happy if they just stopped arguing over who's job it is to fill the pot holes on my road, ya know with my tax dollars and highest in the nation gas tax.

Default Well I guess that's where CDL license came from a chauffeu license and non existent t

Chauffeur's license was a joke, no training .
In fact drivers licences were created due to so many accidents .
My friend was killed by a runaway trailer. My wife was just hit by a trailer tire and rim coming at her on the road as her sister was driving rental car in michigan , Luckily it was witnessed by michigan State trooper . It was not a commercial trailer . .
But my wife used her credit card for second driver authorisation ,rental was paid for with sisters flyer miles . So they keep coming after my wifes credit card
for the damage no matter how many times we tell them she wasn't driving and credit card co will not pay .
This is not 1910 and a trailer may be 200 pounds at 20 mph . These people are towing 5 tons at 70 mph and have no idea how to handle it . I don't want them to kill my kids or yours . I saw how CDL made trucking safer at these loads and speeds , it works . I see how DOT policies overloads , bad brakes etc ,tired drivers . You and me better be thankful it's not like foreign countries out there.
Most of the people who are injured/disabled are from car accidents-- bar none . . I was one of them even tho I'm a conservative , I know some things are necessary . I have my MC endorsement and yes I would buy an endorsement to pull heavy trailers / training /test . I didn't get to 72 without experiencing a few things . I drove these roads before super highways . Yes ,even on work horses, in fact mostly mules . .
