Default .5" Difference in Height on Passenger side?

Hello, I have a 2005 F150 XLT Texas Ed. 2wd with a 2.5" leveling spacers and 2.5" rear Blocks with stock 17" Xlt wheels (grey and silver) wearing 315-70-r17 BF MT TR.
The problem is I noticed my right side of my truck sits .5" lower then my driver side does? I measured distance between each sides wheel well to tire a found that it was exactly half an inch difference. I do have Bilstien 5100 adjustable shocks but both are at "Stock" setting? Both upper Control arms are less then a year old as well as lower ball joints and tie rods ends. Could my lower control arm on one side be stuck? I just don't know what the heck it could be? Thanks for the help and both tire PSI is the same in the front. Here is a pic if it helps.

Your fuel tank is on the drivers side. With a full tank of gas you could lean almost an inch.

Except I think he is saying that his passenger side is the side that is sagging.
