Just wanted to follow up on this. Once I got it apart it was all Ford timing components and the oil pump appeared to be new also so I suspect a melling. I think the phasers weren’t torqued properly, the driver side cam apart and the pin on the rear was sheared off and ate up the cam where the phaser mounts. I installed a new timing set and driver side cam and all is good so far. Passenger side cam and both cam towers have heavy scoring so I am not sure about long term. Guess we will see.

you could put an oil pressure gauge tapping the back side of the cylinder head oil galley plug to See the exact pressure up there then you will know what to expect. Or just roll the dice and run a heavy weight oil in this engine to help keep the pressure up a little hopefully will offset those worn cam parts-
