Default Post the codes

Miles on truck . What work done . Not much to go on . 4x4 ,dual exhaust ?
PCM controls coils by pulsing grd on coils ,12 volts standing on all coils .Wire harness common to one side ,common for rodent damage . Check for 12v standing on bank 2 .
Also cam sensor connectors clean ,coil connectors clean . The cheapest thing to do is Plugs and new boots on bank 2 . Torque them in 25 to 28 foot pounds .
Many people do not change boots they are subject to heat oil etc they must hold 30kv without arcing over to head --change them no matter what they look like .
Since you have replaced cam sensor bank 2 drivers side then the next thing is to accept cam is not responding to hydraulic command to move with oil pressure from VCT . VCts can be clogged, screens etc jammed open ,these run about $150.oil passages clogged, dirty oil ,sludge oil pressure low .
To see if you may need timing job ,drop oil pan look for plastic guide pieces jamming oil pump pick up screen , gasket reusable, RTV sealant on metal joints.
I am not believing you have spark ,and injectors working and all cyl dead on one side . it is a common fuel rail to the other side so if you have spark and fuel some cyl should be firing on bank 2 even if rough timing .If all dead on one side I doubt if it would run .

Default you may need compression test on bank 2 are valves operating ?

Something not right here. Pull o2 sensor out on drivers side ,run it to see if cats clogged one side?I am not experienced on clogged cats yet . Someone on here will have some better ideas .I am more experienced with timing, injectors and spark issues . Not enough data here .
