Learn proper grammar first. Use a couple periods to make sentences. That usually helps...

What else have you changed? Fuel filter? Spark plugs? COPs? Is it the VCT solenoid that you unplug and it helps or kills it? I can't tell what you mean in your post.

First not really sure how punctuation has to do with my truck problem. And yes the vct solenoids unplugged the rough ideal stops. I changed the plugs ,coil packs, timing chains, guides, guards, tensioner, phasers .

Asalee, i'm definitely not the grammar police but grammar does help when reading the post. Is the truck throwing any codes? What brand of phasers did you use? When replacing everything, which way was the reluctor ring reinstalled in front of the crank sprocket, if it was installed backwards, it will cause issues.
Did this issue start as soon as the repair was complete or a while after? If as soon as complete, I would look at all the COP and Fuel Injector plugs to make sure that they are plugged in correctly. If it started a while after the repair, it may not be related to your repair.
Good luck, Tom

The problem started about a year ago. The ford garage told me it needed a new tensioner. So I changed that and replaced the rockers and push rods bc the was a little wore. Then it still did it when the vct solenoids are plugged in . But not Intill it get warm it runs Good in till it warm. So tore it apart again. And found that the guides was broke. So fixed them again. And places new cam phasers and vct solenoids. Still does the same problem. Not sure of the brand of the phasers. I haven't changed the fuel filter. But did change the dpms. Not really sure what to do? I'm almost ready to sell the truck.lol

It's possible that parts of the tensioners are lodged in the pickup tube in the oil pan. debris ends up in there and limits the flow of oil through the system. It would take a pan drop to check and clean it out.

Any debris in the oil, oil pan, oil filter, oil pickup tube... Should only be oil in there.
