Are you losing coolant at all?
How is your serpentine belt , is the tensioner pulley working good , Put a 3/8 socket wrench on it and hand test the tension .How are the pulleys, are some hard to turn ? Do you think it could be slipping sometimes . Oil contaminated or something .
Clutch , fan test - engine off -take masking tape to fan blade to a secure point and see if it will break when engine starts . It should when clutch on fan is warm . Start with an easy amount of tape you can break by hand .
Have you flushed the fins out on radiator . Are your shrouds and air deflector rubber sheets in place to get air thru radiator .
Has some one put sealer in radiator that showed up on thermo when you changed it . That's bad stuff it clogs all kind of stuff . If so flush and put a new radiator in her . These new radiators have such narrow tubes that you can't get the stuff out of them . You can get a new one for around $100.
Do you have a tow package , transmission cooler stack in front . If not that may be your problem .
Have you changed fluid in transmission and filter . The transmission may be overheating everything . I taped a ac type thermo to my transmission cooler up front to monitor it . If it gets over 220 you are getting in trouble . When you have leaks fixed don't run more than 50% antifreeze and mix it yourself with distilled water from wally world . I used to think more antifreeze the better -wrong you need the water too . Ever notice a tea pot after heating and cooling with regular water- mineral deposits , you don't want that in your engine or radiator .
My step son did not run any antifreeze for two years ,he put a bulb in engine compartment . It had so much sludge in it you couldn't flush the radiator ,it was mud . Ruined the motor too.
Good luck -- cooling is a high maint thing its very unforgiving .

If nothing obvious is found and the problem persists, I'd do a combustion leak (hydrocarbon) test to see if you're dealing with a head gasket issue or maybe a cracked head. Either one of those issues will usually result in either coolant expulsion or consumption (usually expulsion) so that's probably not the issue, but it would be a good item to rule out.
