I have a 2004 as well. Can you give me some more information on those relays? How did you isolate which relay was bad? Do you recall the function of the relay or the part#? I might try that before dropping case on the actuator motor.

DO NOT REPLACE ANYTHING !!!!!
I just got back from the shop. They pulled it in before lunch to let the snow melt off and everything to thaw out. They check the vac lines for leaks, checked the electrical connections and went over everything. They tried it again AND IT WORKS... They think it was just all frozen up. My point is that most people replace hubs for $80 to $120 a piece. I paid $21 and it works. My hubs are fine.. If it freezes again I will pull the vac lines and flush them out. Try this before you spend $$ for nothing!!

thanks to everyone for all of thier comments on this post. I got the 4x4 working just by tapping on the actuator motor on the transfer case. It had been awhile since i engaged the 4x4, therefore the motor was starting to freeze-up.
I had already replaced the solenoid and iso relays prior to tapping on the motor. This didn't fix the problem. However after tapping on the motor it started working. Again, I would like to thank everyone for all their suggestions on what to do to fix my problem.
THANKS!!!

I had my lines flushed today since they froze again overnight. They work great. They said there was quite a bit of black water that came out. This is a good starting point before you start any major repairs like hubs..

4x4 not engaging
Can some please help me with this problem. I have a 06 and my recent problem is when I park at work my 4x4 was on 4x4 low when my dial was on 4x2 so when I try to switch it back to try to dialed to two wheel drive it won't respond I try to tap it nothing works so I have no choice but to drive it like that stuck on 4x4 low. Well I did some test check all fuses and relays and everything is good so took out the transfer case motor and replace it I figured it was the motor. Put the new one on and no luck. So I manually reverse the motor so I put it in 2 wheel drive. My main problem now is when I leave the motor plug in it drained my battery so I unplug the transfer case motor. Try it leave it plug drove it like and when I went underneath to check the transfer case motor it was very hot so I unplug it again. I really don't know why this happen can anyone explain this me please and thanks any reply
