So, I've been reading about this 4.6 HO that ford produced as a factory option???

4.6 gas mileage with 292HP sounds good to me. Whats the difference between the HO and the standard 235HP motor?? How can you identify between the two. Thanks.

 

I thought that the 292 hp was just the new 4.6? I didn't know the 235 hp one was still available?

 

The 292 HP is for the 3 valve 4.6 in the 09+ trucks. You can only get the 2 valve 4.6 in 04-08 trucks.

 

That's what I thought. I was having trouble having anyone just spell it out. Review websites jumble the numbers most of the time. Thanks.
