I have an 07 4.2 stx, has 170 k. I did the coil pack, wires, plugs, fuel filter, just cleaned the injectors an put it back together now im getting 2198, before i did that i was getting 0171 an misfire cylinder 3, now im getting 2198. Ive had this truck not even a year an had so many problems. Cant afford mechanic right now so any suggestions would be great. Im bout ready to sell this damn truck

how does it run now, and how many miles have you put on it since doing that work, clearing codes and driving?
I would suggest since it started after you cleaned the injectors that you did something wrong.

It started before an after, just ran like crap. Still does after the injectors but now i get the 2198. Im not a mechanic but ive had my 1991 suburban on the road almost 20 years. Dropped a 350 in it in 05. Still running strong, these newer vehicles just aint the same. But taken off the plenum an the fuel rail wasnt hard at all, just pisses me off that now its something else. I dont know fords , like i said ill never buy 1 again.
It means too much fuel is getting dumped into that bank. Curious to see live data of your fuel trims both short and long on each bank. Also would like to see MAF in g/s. All of this at idle with engine RPM.
Easiest choice is a vacuum leak. Did everything get plugged back in? Can you visually inspect for a vacuum leak?
Check your fuel pump driver module (fpdm). Is it all rusty and crusty?
What if you unplug your MAF sensor?
