Default 2008 won't start

I have a 2008 f150 with a 5.4. The truck had a miss so I replaced the spark plugs and coils and now the truck will not start. It will crank but won't hit. I have tried starting fluid to see if it would hit but still wouldn't. Anyone have any ideas to try?

Yes it has brown boots. I installed ngk g power platinum plugs. The coils I got off of Amazon. I have tried it with but sets of coils and have the sane results with both.

so.. you pulled out SP-509's and installed NGK ? didn't know NGK made plugs for our motors. How much did you pay for COP's ? Have you checked for spark at any of the COP's ?

I paid $40 for the set. They had good reviews. I haven't checked for spark because I haven't had anyone to crank it for me while I check. The ngk 1698 I suppose to fit the 5.4.

I installed the coils before I changed the plugs it ran then but still had the miss after it heated up. Now that I have changed the plugs it won't even start.
