Question 2008 Suspension question

I just had Ford replace my front coil springs on my 2008 F150 since I somehow broke my drivers side spring, however after I got my truck back I have noticed that I can hear all the bumps, cracks and stuff on the road 100x more than I could before. The truck seems to drive fine, near as I can tell (doesn't seem like the front end is sloppy or anything) but the noise just doesn't sound like it used to. I have checked all items I can think of that I have tools for and or control over, the wheels are torqued on at 150, the tire pressure is at 32, where 35 is the Max recommended, the tires haven't changed at all other than being rotated (and I have had the tires rotated before without this effect); and everything on the suspension feels solid. Would this be problem that Ford has caused or would this just be a side effect of the new springs being stiff and need to be "broken-in" so to speak. Please Advise,
Thx
