B1352 - 2008 E150 Constant Chiming From Dash While Driving
Hey guys, 2008 E150, and I have a constant chiming from my dash while driving. This started out of nowhere, There is NO INDICATION on the dashboard of anything. The chime is the standard "door open" chime, and it does it 90% of the time while driving. The chiming stops when I come to a complete stop, in any gear. Occasionally while driving it will stop for a brief time, and invariably start again. I'm noticing that it has to do with the motion of the vehicle physically, like when slowing down, or going uphill, it's more likely to stop. I also noticed that if i drove forward slow enough (saw walking speed), it's not fast enough to cause the chime.
I am getting code B1352 (ignition key in Circuit malfunction).
I clarify that the door open switches & overhead indeed both DO work when opening the door. However, during a chiming episode while driving, if i open the door, the overhead light does NOT come on, whereas it would come on normally.
Any ideas?

Flakey key-in-ignition sensor. My truck does some of that garbage from time to time, although usually after I shut it off and pull the key; dings like the key is still in the ignition.

I'm a moron - my friend had driven my van home after a job and left the parking brake on. The parking brake has never worked, but of course the pedal sensor does. There was no indication on the dash at all, and I have never once used the brake since it's not hooked up physically to the wheels. This all makes sense since it only chimes when in motion.
I'll leave this thread up in shame and hopefully it helps someone!
