Default 2008 center dome light

Hi all, Just wanted to know if I just pull the lens cover off or is there another way. 2008 STX; Thanks..

Wow! Got the dome light lens off... BUT It wouldn't snap back on. To much give.. Help...

Normally on mine you just pull off the entire plastic box that has the lights on it, then you can pull the bulbs out.

No duh! I'm talking about the center dome light not the map lights up front

I think what tsho is referring to is the F150 lariat and fx4 models that have the 4 map lights, 2 in the front and 2 in the back in the same unit as the dome

NO! I was able to get the back to posts to snap on, BUT I can't get the front to snap back on. I am surprised that it is so hard to snap the lens back on. You can only push so much. There must be a tool I can use... The lens IS in place right now but I would like to get the front to snap on...

Put the back of the lens/housing in first and push it back towards the rear window while pushing the front straight up into the headliner
