Hi everyone, New to the forum!

We bought our baby in February and have been very happy with our truck. Last week we noticed some spots in the paint chipping off. 5-6 spots on back door and a couple on rear panel drivers side with 1 spot on passenger front door.

My question is, has anyone else noticed this? I called Ford dealership today where we purchased it and they said to bring it to the service department manager to allow him to look at it to see if it is covered under our warranty.

I can't imagine for the life of me what is causing it. The largest is about the size of a dime. We thought initially it was dirt, since my husband uses it back and forth to work, it frequently has dirt from the parking area. (construction area).

Just hoping someone else can tell me their experience with this, if any.

No chipping, but I have seen some scratches that seem to minor to be noticed. However, I notice everthing and it's no surprise that I caught the faint thin lines.

Hmm...I haven't noticed any spots on mine and I check it alot for stuff like that. Did you contact the dealership?? What did they say about it??

welcome to the site. no havnt had any problems like that that have not been my own fault. hopefully ford will warrant that, it would be pretttyy cool
