Default 2005 stx 4x4 level kit problems

I have a 2005 Ford F1 50 STX extended cab four-wheel-drive. I ordered a 3 inch leveling kit and installed. About a week later my CV boot riped. I noticed if I over a hill kind of fast the front and the shake. I ordered a 2 inch offset leveling kit that was suspost to have no issues. I installed new upper control arms and ball joints new brakes new rotors new axles new wheel bearings and I still have the shaking and CV boot problems. Is there a leveling kit out there that's not gonna rip cv boots and I did have the truck aligned and new tires

Hey Riggs...I also have a 2005 F150 XLT screw that I had a 2 inch leveling kit installed that I bought online from Hell Bent Steel. Had alignment done after installation and have had no issues. That was two years ago. I will say that the leveling kits do put the axles at a more extreme angle. With new axles you wouldn't think you'd have a problem.

I think most people recommend staying under 2.5 inches on a level because of the extreme angles... I had a hell bent steel 3 inch and pretty quickly ripped a cv boot on the passages side

Have you checked your front differential bushings for any excessive play?

How do the stabilizer bar end links and bar bushings look?

What side of the cv boot is ripping? Diff side? Or hub side?

I've had my 2.5 level on for 3 years, and 2 years with 35's and still no issue.. I've even driven over 120 miles at 60 mph in 4wd a few times this year with out a single issue (snow storms)..
