Damn truck was clicking and popping again from the drivers side front. It really sounds like it's the CV Axle again. The axle and bearing are new. Bearing is a MOOG. Everything is torqued correctly and installed correctly. I'm lost.
Just thought of something I thought was normal, but maybe its not. When I shut off the truck the iwe hubs engage after about 10 seconds or so. I thought it was normal since the engine isn't producing vacuum, but is it normal?

yes.. IWE’s engage when no vacuum.
