Default 2005 with 2.5" level help

Good morning all first time posting with that being said I have a 2005 extended cab xlt 4wd just put a 2.5" leveling kit on it before I make a mistake of buying to big of a tire what are y'all running on y'all's leveled 04-08 will be using factory wheels

285/70 is what I ran. I would also suggest using a 2” level spacer instead of the 2.5”. I regretted it down the road... Front ended up higher than the back.

I have an 07 RWD with a 3" level. I've run 285's 295's and 305's now I'm back at 295's and still rub the valance and I've got about 25% tread left.

I ran 35s on stock 20" wheels with a 2.5" level.

A 3” level is too much for any truck. That said, a 2wd truck with a 3” level will have about the same height and stance as a 4wd truck with a 1.5” level.

My '04 had a 2.5" level, and I ran 275-70R18 tires on both the factory wheels and aftermarkets, which is about as big as I wanted to go before looking cartoonish.

I run a 325/60/18. I like the wider look.
