Default 2004 F150 XLT Rear Rotor

My husband is getting ready to repair ebrakes; however he needs to remove rotor. What is size of brake caliper bolts? Read that you can take a longer bolt to break rotors hold.

Like thread and pitch? Or head size? From memory like 17 or 18mm getting the rotor off wasn't super fun. You have to take the dust cover off the e-brake adjuster and back it off with a screw driver. Otherwise the drum is being clamped by the e-brake pads from the inside.

Default Rotor

The thread size. Don’t want to mess up caliper bolt holes. But the rotors are STUCK. He tried penetrant in tire holes, tried a little hammer then a bigger hammer. Crazy

Has he backed off the e-brake adjuster? He can beat himself blue if he hasn't, it won't come off unless you turn that stupid little wheel to take the pressure off the e-brake. Keep in mind that back Rotor is also a drum.
