HVAC blower does not come on. Replaced the blower motor last year. Climate control panel illumination is dim, bright for a second when first started then goes dim. The controls on the steering wheel do not work. Controls on the panel will raise and lower the temp and blower speed but the blower does not come on. Can hear the A/C kick in. Read most threads on this and watched the video for the resistor replacement. Can not find the resistor for a climate control. Any help?
