Default 17s or 20s?

Found a killer deal on a set of 20s with nitto terra grapplers on them. What rides better 17s or 20s? Either way i need new tires just wondering how rough the 20s would be

17's will have more sidewall so theoretically they should ride better. I doubt you will tell a difference really. I am going with 17's on my truck because tires are cheaper and more of a selection.

I like the looks of 20's, but 17's ride better especially on rough terrain.

I down sized from 20's to 18's and saw a noticeable difference in ride quality. 18's were smoother on the road and going over bumps on the highway. I agree that the 20's look better though.

Yeah, I had 20's on my old FX4 and it looked awesome but I didn't like the ride when I went offroad. So, with my current truck I got 17s with 35s and its significantly smoother/softer offroad. However, I find myself not having the time to 4x anymore so I may go back to 20's with 33s just for looks. We'll see how much I have to pay in taxes...

I dunno, every time I see people's setup I feel like their tire looks to small with 20s unless they have at least 35s. That being said my 18s ride great.
