I have the same thing with 20' rims and trail grapplers and I get about 13-15mpg, so I would say thats prolly right or close to it.

I'm at 12 mpg with a mix of highway and city miles. 33" tires. Maybe a little closer to 34". So I'm sure your fine in my books. A lot of people on here claim 18 mpg but I can't see that happening.

Make sure you calibrate your speedo for the tire size

I used to have 35s and aftermarket rims but they were so heavy. Stock rims are pretty light. Every 1 pound of rotating mass (rims and tires) is worth 5x that in the bed of the truck

That's with doing the math for the bigger tires and I'm about to take a 500 mile trip so I'll see how it does all highway

I run 295/65/20 Trail Grapples with 3:73 and get 13.5 around town. Edge can tune level 2

315/70/17 for me, re-geared to 4.56. So far, best mileage I've got is around 11 mpg with a Performance Economy Tune. I was at 10 before the regear and tune. That is mostly running around town. I haven't done a highway only trip to see what that mileage might be. I almost want to do one just to feel better about my city mileage...
