I would suggest to you is if the truck came with RKE the you need to check the part number of the RKE. check with Ford on with/,w/out keyless entry.that module will most likely be A different part number and will not work....
I would also tell you u to check the inside of the drivers door and look for the connector that the keypad plugs into if its there and mostly should be then you probably could get them to work with the correct mudule. beawre some of these modules are (PMI) required 07 f150 should be ok and not need it

the stick on type is nothing more then a key fob transmitter...

so is it behind the big seat or the small one, i dont know about newer models but my driver side seat is smaller...i think...maybe its reversed lol brain fart
