I will pull them an see if seal is broke on passengers side might upgrade if so

Ok so I got a rebuilt cylinder head, cylinder head gasket, timing chain gaskets, RACHETING tensioners, cylinder head bolts, and a exhaust manifold gasket. I think this will be the last time I touch this truck lol. Hopefully can get it back together this weekend.
Also does anyone have a torque spec sheet?

Ok so truck is almost back together, new cylinder head and timing chain tensioners also replaced the pcv hoses. I was putting radiator back in an could not get transmission cooler lines to go back in. Both fittings are damaged an I can’t seem to find just the female connector anywhere.

I found these but the websites I check all say they don’t fit the 5.4

Amazon's part finder isn't always accurate.

Truck runs an sounds great with new cylinder head an ratcheting tensioners. I keep getting p0345 an p0349 codes though. Have cleared three times and checked connections on sensors.

still can’t figure these da codes out, checked grounds and sensors with multimeter. Can’t find anything on checking plugs on wiring harness. I am starting to think the ratcheting tensioners have retarded the timing just enough to set off the camphaser sensors giving me the P0345 an P0349 codes

is it possible the fingers on the phaser got tweaked during assembly?
