You dont have a single cylinder miss-fire( p0301 - p0308 ) so i wouldnt assume a coil or plug. Definately fuel or air deliver though.
I pulled the Filter and housing off today, DIRTY - I never drive this truck when it's dusty out but it sure looked like I did - cleaned MAF sensor, new filter. Now intermittent rough idle - I am pretty sure I need to chase a sticky injector down. I ran SEA FOAM in the tank and in to the booster line today - Lets see if anything happens.

Default Same issue

I have a 05fx4... I had my local ford garage run the diagnostics. Last summer I replaced 1, 2, 5 coils and #8 injector. Then just a couple days ago the truck started hesitating "like before". I ran the codes again, came back #8 cylinder miss fire and lean bank 2 lean "same as before the last parts". I knew that the other coils would probably follow suite of failing, but I didn't think I would need to replace the injector again. I was told by the ford (parts guys) that there is a "personal recall" on the injectors of certain 05 and maybe other years for the injectors. If it is infact the injector ford is suppose to fix it free of charge. Something to look at, just hope I'm not replacing coils every year. Let me know if anyone has the same problems or has found the same info from ford. I'm going to the garage today and I will post what they say.

Well I finally changed out the plugs - 4 broke but the Lisle tool worked great. They had huge gaps and were obviously worn/fouled. Replaced with Champion plugs. Running very smoothly and much more power, I'm just going to drive it until it flips out again (if it does).
