What did you do to fix yours? And was yours stock or aftermarket?

The dealer had Ford replace them because apparently there is a Ford warranty on the Cats that is either 8 years/80,000 miles or 10 years/100,000 miles..not sure, but Ford put OEM Ford cats on it.

Well mine is well over either of those.. Would it be worth it to go ahead and put custom exhaust on it?

Seemed like that was your problem if you did coils and plugs. I would save yourself the money and get aftermarket. For the Price you'll spend on Ford cats, get a set of Magnaflow High Flow cats, and if I'm going that far, I'd see how much it costs to do true duals. Honestly, for the price you'd spend on Ford cats it may be the same or less to do true duals off high flow cats
