This thread has been derailed, so I'll share a sad picture... The day I traded her in...

She had lived a hard life, and had turned a lot of heads (some good, some bad). Now she's making someone else happy up there in Abilene.

Let's just hope they don't ruin her. Always sucks to see someone rice out your old truck or whatnot.

That's why I'm deciding not to go look for her if I get up that way sometime. Lol

Might be a good idea, but you never know.

I'm hoping to soon build a garage, and I'm planning to hang the tailgate off my 11th Gen up on the wall as an ornament haha

One way to find out

Planning to ditch the truck in fall 2018, so she'll probably be gone by the time the garage is ready. I've been wanting a little garage for a while now.

In keeping with the thread, a pic I snapped after parking behind a 13th Gen. They are nice....

Or not. Lol

Ah gotcha. Isn't missing a tailgate going to hurt your resale? Lol

They really are, and the 5.0 is like driving a rocket, but no payments is WAY nicer.

Oh I won't be selling the truck, she'll be scrapped. Poor thing owes nothing to anyone but she's about had it. And yeah, I just recently got out of debt with the exception of truck insurance.... it's a good feeling, now I'm trying to save bit by bit in the hopes of at least minamalizing any loan on the next vehicle purchase.
